1. The online ordering service for Googoogaga members only. If you have not registry, please sign up immediately. It’s Free.

2. All prices of the product pages do not included shipping costs. For more information, please refer to the payment and shipping method.

3. When the order has been confirmed, we will tackle your order as soon as possible and issue the “Order Confirmation Notice” to your email. Courier Company will contact you within 3 days for arranging the delivery date and time.

4. In order to safeguard the benefits of our members, please check all the information of the order before payment, included the product name, quantity, your address, contact number, receiver and whatnot. It could avoid any delay of consignment.

5. These Terms of Service will be made from time to time. We may decide to modify these Terms of Service and policies at any time. You agree to abide by these modifications or amendments. Any of these Terms of Service shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

6. Pictures have a small amount of color deviation of goods, Member shall bear this risk.

7. All of the products do not accept returns and refunds, suppliers hold the final decision on product quality whether to replace/ refund.

8. There is NO rescheduling after confirmation or reservation. Absence should be deemed to give up, the company will not reschedule, defer, compensate or refund.

11. Googoogaga members will not be compensated if he or she is unable to purchase goods which caused by personal problems or system failures on this site, or server problems. We apologize for any inconvenience.
