Thank you for using Googoogaga. The provision of services by Googoogaga shall be subject to the following terms of use. These terms of use may be amended by us without prior notice. You may access www.googoogaga.com.hk for the latest version of the terms of use. Moreover, Googoogaga may also provide other services which are subject to different or additional terms of use.

Under no circumstances shall Googoogaga be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense suffered as a result of any problem caused by network or connection, including but not limited to any error, omission, interruption, delay, invalidity or computer virus infection.

Users shall bear all of the liabilities arising from the contents that he/she uploads, publishes, transmits by emails, provides or transmits by other means. In order to safeguard the image and quality of Googoogaga, Googoogaga reserves the right to delete any vulgar, obscene or repulsive contents in any circumstances.

In order to avoid unauthorized login, ensure the security of data and their proper use, we will protect the data collected by our website. We will not tolerate any illegal, threatening, disturbing and defamatory contents to ensure the positive image and quality of the services of our website.

We will not disclose your personal data including your name, gender, age, identity card number, phone number, fax number, residential address, email address, credit card number, bank account number, education level, occupation and income to any third party without your consent.

1. APPLICATION

Personally identifiable information includes for instances, your name, address, email address, or telephone number.

(a) We collect personally identifiable information when you register for an account with Googoogaga, when you use certain services on Googoogaga, when you visit Googoogaga pages, and when you enter promotions. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners.

(b) When you register with us, we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, occupation, industry, and personal interests. We may also ask further information about you such as your telephone number, address or identification number when you use certain types of our services. Once you register with us and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

(c) We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Googoogaga cookie information and the page you requested.

(d) By clicking on the “AGREE” button at the end of this “terms of use and disclaimer”, you have agreed to let Googoogaga use your personal data (including your name, telephone number, fax number, email address, mailing address, etc.) for communication and promotion purposes.

(c) When using certain types of our services such as forums and personalized web pages, some of your personal identifiable information (such as account name) will be disclosed and becomes assessable by others.
